Excellence in every step

Transforming Spaces, Enriching Lives

At NHC, we understand that redevelopment is more than just improving structures—it's about enhancing communities and improving the quality of life for residents. Our comprehensive approach to redevelopment focuses on three key pillars: Innovation, Sustainability, and Community Engagement.

Innovation

We believe in embracing modern techniques and designs to revitalize existing spaces. Our team of experienced architects and engineers uses cutting-edge technology to ensure that every redevelopment project not only meets current standards but also sets new benchmarks for the future. From innovative designs to smart building solutions, we aim to create functional and stylish living environments.

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of our redevelopment projects. We prioritize eco-friendly practices and materials to minimize environmental impact while maximizing energy efficiency. By integrating green technologies and sustainable design principles, we create spaces that are not only beautiful but also responsible, ensuring a better future for generations to come.

Community Engagement

Redevelopment is about the community. We engage with residents and stakeholders to understand their needs and aspirations. Our collaborative approach ensures that every project reflects the desires of the community, creating spaces that foster connection and pride. By prioritizing community input, we ensure our developments enhance the neighborhood’s character and livability.

Process

1. Understanding the needs of the resident

The first step involves interacting with the existing residents of the building/society and getting clarity about their expectations.

2. Conducting an in-depth location analysis

After understanding the expectations, a team visits the site and performs a detailed study of the site and its immediate neighborhood.

3. Preparing the redevelopment blueprint

This stage involves creating a template of the redevelopment work that will be implemented with proposed designs of indoor & outdoor spaces.

4. Fine-tuning the proposal as per PMC framework

Once the proposed designs are ready, they are matched with the rules and regulations of PMC, with necessary tweaking being done.

5. Registration of legal agreement with the housing society

After bringing the proposal for redevelopment in sync with PMC's guidelines, a legal agreement is signed with the housing society to proceed.

6. Obtaining approvals from PMC

Post the legal agreement, the procedure is started for all the construction related approvals from the relevant departments of PMC.

7. Shifting of residents prior to site takeover

Before commencing the redevelopment activity at the site, the existing residents are moved into suitable accommodation for a comfortable stay.

8. Commencing redevelopment as per sanctioned plan

With the residents having relocated and all approvals in place, demolition and construction work is taken up, as per the sanctioned plan by PMC.

9. Availing occupancy and completion certificate

Once the redevelopment work is accomplished as per the sanctioned plan, authorities are approached for occupancy and completion.

10. Fine-tuning the proposal as per PMC framework

Once the proposed designs are ready, they are matched with the rules and regulations of PMC, with necessary tweaking being done.
